Audiovisual Production Specialist
About the role
As part of the Group Communications Team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality audiovisual content that supports global communication initiatives and elevates the Sonova brand. You will contribute your technical expertise, creative storytelling skills, and hands-on production experience across photography, videography, and post-production. In return, you will work in a collaborative environment where craftsmanship, creativity, and innovation are valued to create engaging content for internal and external audiences.

- Execute audiovisual projects for internal and external communication channels
- Plan, shoot, and post-produce photo and video content, including editing, color grading, sound design, subtitles, and light motion graphics
- Tailor content to specific audiences using innovative and state-of-the-art AV formats
- Provide creative input and subject matter expertise to enhance storytelling and visual impact
- Support live video streaming, including filming, producing, and technical setup
- Manage and maintain audiovisual equipment
- Ensure clean implementation, documentation, and adherence to established processes
- Provide administrative support for audiovisual projects
More about you
- Completed apprenticeship as “Mediamatiker” or equivalent practical training or experience in audiovisual media
- Some years of proven experience in audiovisual production
- Strong expertise in photography, videography, and post-production with a high standard of craftsmanship
- Proficiency in Davinci Resolve Studio or Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong visual, storytelling, and creative problem-solving skills
- Organised, reliable, flexible, and calm under pressure, even in stressful situations
- Collaborative, trustworthy team player able to work independently and with partners
- Good written and verbal English skills
