Business System Architect eWM / APO
Your tasks
- Support initiation of projects, support & drive completion of project orders
- Analyze, develop and optimize of business process models
- Perform feasibilities, prototype preliminary solutions and present to business/IT stakeholders
- Facilitate & perform high level requirements engineering with MoSCoW prioritization including end-to-end business process design
- Provide handover and consulting to the project teams, ensure global best practice business processes are implemented for any new processes / requirements
- Coordination and alignment with global process owners regarding project, change request or process related issues
- Participation in management workshops for process improvements (Kaizen Workshops, A3PS)
- Standardization of the process landscape (SAP S/4Hana Roadmap)
- Collaboration on selection and definition of strategic tools (e.g. vendor evaluation through RfP)
Your profile
- Higher education in business administration, computer science, process design or requirements engineering
- Significant hands-on experience of SAP (8+ years) in the area of WM/EWM including multiple SAP full lifecycle experience
- Solid knowledge of SAP APO/IBP (S&OP, demand and supply)
- SAP Logistics (SD, MM) know-how is an advantage
- Experience with S/4 Hana in preparation or implementation phases
- Familiar with the SAP Ecosystems (Ariba, GRC, Hybris, Concur etc.)
- Familiar with BPMN2 and process modelling in e.g. Solution Manager, Signavio or similar
- Ability to analyze and convert business requirements into SAP end-to-end process architecture
- Ability to prepare SAP architecture solutions across modules and systems
- Superior communication skills & business acumen to lead IT experts and senior management thru challenging change initiatives on Sonova’s ambitious growth path
- Fluent command of written and spoken English
- Enthusiasm and passion for new technologies
- Willingness to travel occasionally
