Practical Trainee (Reliability Engineer)
We are looking for a self-driven technical trainee to support our reliability improvement initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with experienced engineers on real-life product reliability challenges, from failure testing and data analysis to root cause investigations and risk assessments. This traineeship offers hands-on experience in reliability engineering within an industrial environment.

- As a Practical Trainee in hardware Reliability Engineering, you will support activities such as:
- Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing reliability data
- Supporting and performing failure analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Assisting with Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) & Supporting Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA)
- Preparing technical reports and presenting findings to engineering teams
- Supporting implementation and verification of reliability improvement actions
- Perform hardware reliability testing and create new tests
More about you
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or similar
- Interest in hands-on reliability engineering, failure analysis, and quality engineering
- Basic knowledge of:
o Statistics and data analysis
o Failure mechanisms (mechanical, electrical, or materials-related)
o Engineering fundamentals (design, testing, physics of failure) - Familiarity with (or willingness to learn):
o RCA methods (5-Why, Ishikawa, etc.)
o FTA and DFMEA
o Rapid prototyping / 3D printing
o Reliability tools and metrics (MTBF, Weibull analysis, etc.) - Ablility to work in a structured and analytical way
- Good communication skills in English
- Comfortable working with test setups, lab equipment, and technical documentation
