Product Manager Hearing Aids and Accessories
Are you passionate about creating reliable and user-friendly products? As a Product Manager at Sonova, you’ll be the driving force behind our Phonak hearing aid product offerings, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and usability. You’ll have the unique opportunity to oversee the entire product lifecycle, from updating existing products to developing future platforms.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with diverse stakeholders across R&D, sales, QA, operations, marketing, and UX to build a seamless ecosystem.

Your tasks:
- Drive the definition process for the next generation of products
- Initiate feasibility studies and technology projects
- Collaborate with peers to create and deliver an appealing value proposition through the product
- Stay informed about competitors’ products/services and perform or initiate benchmark studies
- Ensure that the product, packaging, accompanying documents, and all other deliverables meet regulatory compliance for a successful market introduction
- Work closely with R&D, Manufacturing, Demand Planning, Finance, Procurement, Design & UX, following the Sonova process landscape
- Monitor quality KPIs and drive root cause analyses or improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with other Product Managers for joint launches, aligning hardware and software development timelines for on-time market introduction
- Provide input for future platforms and products
- Lead or support operational and logistic aspects of the phase-out process
Your profile:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong technical background in hardware and embedded software
- Technical university degree or equivalent
- Ability to work cross-functionally, and communicate effectively with diverse audiences across all levels
- Ability to prioritize, result-oriented mindset, and expertise in leading multi-disciplinary projects
- Outstanding conceptual and analytical thinking, coupled with an open mind with can-do attitude
- Excellent written and spoken English; German and/or French is a plus
