Senior Manager Product Lifecycle Manager
The Senior Product Lifecycle Manager acts as the global expert for lifecycle forecasting, analytics, and scenario planning. The role leads cross-functional alignment across Demand Planning, Product Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and regional commercial teams to ensure accurate forecasts, smooth product transitions, and effective portfolio planning.
This position owns lifecycle forecasting frameworks and drives continuous improvement of planning processes at global scale.

Lead translation of launch business cases into global demand forecasts, including modelling demand curves, cannibalization, and forecast scenarios.

Validate and align lifecycle assumptions and demand scenarios with regional commercial teams, ensuring fact-based decision-making at global level.

Partner with Product Management to define portfolio transitions, including phase-out roadmaps, ramp-down forecasts, and SKU rationalization.

Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Service, and Master Data to secure product availability, manage transition risk, and minimize obsolescence.

Monitor and analyze launch and phase-out volumes against forecast, and coordinate with Demand and Supply Planning on adjustment needs.

Provide data-driven insights on lifecycle performance, product profitability, and demand trends to support portfolio optimization.

Own lifecycle forecasting standards and process governance, ensuring consistent usage, best practices, and clear documentation across global teams.
More about you

8–10+ years in lifecycle management, forecasting, demand planning, or business analytics.

Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional projects at global scale.

Strong analytical modelling capabilities and clear data communication skills.

Autonomous, structured, anticipates risks, and drives alignment in complex environments.

Excellent verbal and written communication, strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

Experience with SAP APO / IBP and BI tools, experience in hearing care/medtech/consumer electronics is desired.

Further education in lifecycle forecasting/management is desired.
