Senior Manager User Experience Design

The role of Senior Manager User Experience Design is pivotal in shaping the user experience of our solutions and platforms. In this role, you will be part of a team of UX professionals, collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure our product hardware and digital solutions align with customer and consumer expectations as well as industry standards and regulations.

 

Your tasks

 

  • Co-develop the vision and strategy for the UX department to ensure products and solutions are attractive and engaging for customers and consumers
  • Create a business setting that allows smooth cooperation and collaboration of cross-functional departments in order to ensure the successful execution of the roadmap strategy
  • Act as the UX thought leader and sparring partner to Project Managers, Launch Managers and Marketing leads to develop an integrated product and solution strategy 
  • Monitor and drive solutions from design concepts to final launch and post-launch analysis
  • Act as an advocate of the product to its users, imparting insight on the product’s value and usability
  • Continuously strive to optimize the experience customers and consumers have along all touchpoints of the journey including product and digital touchpoints
  • Ensure involvement of UX along the whole innovation pathway 
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to stay current with UX, design and healthcare industry trends as well as emerging technologies 

 

Your profile

 

  • University degree in Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, or related field of study
  • 10 years of professional experience in user-centered product development or UX design roles covering all touchpoints (digital and analogue)
  • Experience in the management of UX teams
  • Experience in integrating UX priorities into the innovation pathway process landscape and within a wide business context
  • Strong analytical skills combined with holistic business mindset
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects concurrently to meet internal timelines
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex information and data
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
  • Familiarity with hearing aid technology or related medical devices as well as experience in designing mobile and web applications (iOS and Android) 
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
