Trainee Chemistry & Materials (m/f/d)

Stäfa, Switzerland | 6 months 

 

As a Trainee Chemistry & Materials, you will support our Chemistry & Materials Testing Lab and gain practical experience in chemical, material, and process-related testing.

 

What you’ll do:

 

  • Perform supervised chemical and material tests, including sample preparation, test execution, and documentation
  • Evaluate and summarize test data from various laboratory tests
  • Support the improvement of test instructions to enhance reproducibility and traceability
  • Contribute to technical investigations under the guidance of team members
  • Assist in the development and validation of new test methods
  • Ensure accurate documentation and reliable test results according to established procedures

 

What we’re looking for:

 

  • Basic understanding of laboratory work
  • Careful, reliable, and structured way of working
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Good communication skills in English or German, written and spoken
  • Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office 365
  • Positive, open-minded, and collaborative attitude
  • Team-player with a respectful and professional approach
