Werkzeug- und Betriebsmittelkonstrukteur/in

Ihre Aufgaben

 

  • Entwicklung und Konstruktion von neuen und konzeptionell stetig verbesserten Spritzgusswerkzeugen für kleinste Kunststoffteile, auch in 2K-Ausführung
  • Entwicklung und Konstruktion von neuen und stetig optimierten Betriebsmitteln wie zum Beispiel Montageaufnahmen, Messadapter und Prüfmittel
  • Verantwortung in Bezug auf die termingerechte Konstruktion und Verifikation von neuen Spritzgusswerkzeugen und Betriebsmitteln unter Berücksichtigung einer hohen Prozessstabilität, Wirtschaftlichkeit, Volumenproduktion, einfacher Anwendung sowie geringem Wartungsaufwand
  • Erstellung und Betreuung von erforderlichen technischen Dokumentationen
  • Evaluation von geeigneten Lieferanten zur Realisierung der oben genannten Aufgaben sowie Analyse und Bewertung von käuflichen Werkzeugkomponenten

 

Ihr Profil

 

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsbildung als Konstrukteur / Polymechaniker sowie idealerweise eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Kunststofftechnik oder Maschinenbau
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Konstruktion auf dem Gebiet der Kunststoff-Spritzgusstechnik
  • Engagierte, selbständige, präzise und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Mass an Qualitäts- und Kundenorientierung, Veränderungsbereitschaft und Analysefähigkeit
  • Aufgeschlossene, kommunikative, teamfähige und loyale Persönlichkeit mit dem nötigen Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Sehr gute MS Office sowie 3D-CAD-Kenntnisse (idealerweise auf PTC Creo)
  • Exzellente Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
