Head of Sales, WHS, Sweden

 

In this role you will lead the national sales strategy and execution across our WHS brands in Sweden, currently being Phonak, Unitron and Sennheiser. You'll manage a high-performing team of 10 + direct reports, drive growth, and foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure commercial success.  You will be part of the local operational leadership team in Sweden but also have a peer group on Nordic level where you will participate in Nordic calls/meetings on a regular basis.

  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team
  • Give constructive and future oriented feedback to support individual as well as team growth
  • Promote an inclusive, data-driven, and compliant work culture
  • Drive Sales Excellence and continuous improvement
  • Monitor performance, manage budgets, and report results
  • Produce and present periodic status reports on sales achievements and connected activity plans
  • Develop and implement sales plans aligned with business goals

The role is placed in our office in Stockholm and this is also where you will have your colleagues in the other functions and the bigger part of your team. However, the role will also include regular participations in exhibitions, strategic customer meetings and happenings as well as co-rides with your team, this means that the role includes regular travels on national level and at occassions on international level.

 

More about you: 

 

  • Collaborative action oriented leader
  • Commercial Sales Management experience in a B2B Healthcare environment
  • Experience with tenders, strategy execution, negotiation and stakeholder management
  • Strong commercial acumen and P&L understanding
  • Skilled in funnel management and strong interest of learning the products
  • Experience from line management of a senior team with positive results for team wellbeing and delivery
  • Proficient in ERP/CRM systems and MS Office
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • University degree within business admin/sales or similar work experience

 

Below is not mandatory, but you will have a clear benefit if you also have this:

  • Audiology degree
  • Experience of working with Salesforce
