Global Key Account Manager
We are looking for a dynamic Director of Key Account Management to play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our most critical accounts. In this role, you will spearhead revenue growth, lead transformative sales initiatives, and optimize operational models to boost productivity and profitability. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer value and strengthening Sonova’s market position, you will be instrumental in achieving financial targets and enhancing the customer experience across a select portfolio of key partners.
Your tasks
- Support and lead local negotiations within Delegation of Authority guidelines, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Manage Sales Operations and drive engagement with local Group Companies' sales teams to support key accounts effectively
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders, acting as a bridge between HQ and local teams
- Leverage product launches and implement measures to achieve budget targets while delivering added value to key partners
- Track account performance against KPIs and budgets, providing actionable insights and initiating corrective actions as needed
- Define, plan, and oversee strategic projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while addressing any challenges proactively
- Foster a positive, effective culture within project teams and communicate objectives and progress clearly to all stakeholders
- Monitor sales, pricing, and profitability for assigned accounts, identifying risks and implementing measures to meet financial goals
Your profile
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field of study
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop cross-functional, cross-cultural teams, with strong coaching abilities
- High level of integrity, honesty, and transparency, with a proactive and positive "can-do" attitude, even when pressured
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including active listening and understanding stakeholder needs
- Commercially driven mindset with strong conceptual, financial, and strategic thinking skills
- Independent, proactive, and pragmatic approach, with creativity and a passion for achieving high-quality results
- Fluency in English and German both written and spoken
