Talent Acquisition Manager

We are looking for a dynamic new team member to join our team! As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will oversee the entire end-to-end recruitment process for Sonova across the EMEA region. Your role will involve continuously optimizing processes and systems, devising effective recruitment strategies, and providing guidance and support to hiring managers at every stage of the recruitment process.

 

Your tasks

 

  • Responsibility for the entire recruitment process: discussing vacancies, defining profiles, posting job ads, corresponding with applicants, coordinating interviews, conducting interviews, creating offers, and negotiating contracts
  • Interface and collaboration with hiring managers, HR business partners/HR managers, and HR services specialists in the area of talent acquisition
  • Competent advising and support of hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Proactive approach to potential candidates via various channels such as social media platforms, networks, and career fairs
  • Experimenting with new approaches, evaluating new tools, methods, and procedures to drive continuous improvements
  • Conducting internal training on the recruitment process (including system usage) as needed
  • Building and managing talent pools
  • Supporting or leading various talent acquisition projects
  • Ad hoc tasks as needed, such as involvement in local projects
     

Your profile

 

  • B.A. / B.Sc. in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field of study
  • 5+ years of experience in local and international end-to-end recruiting, ideally acquired in-house and within a comparable recruitment agency setting
  • Extensive experience with advanced sourcing tools and techniques such as Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and other relevant software
  • Proven track record in cultivating and managing relationships with external communities, potential candidates, and internal stakeholders
  • Good communication skills with interconnected and holistic thinking
  • Service-oriented, communicative, assertive, persuasive, and empathetic person with the ability to communicate complex matters in a straightforward manner
  • Competent in using MS Office tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media platforms, recruiting tools, and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Fluency in English, proficiency in any other European language is an advantage
