Purchasing Specialist

  1. MRO vendor sourcing for requirements from different departments according to company MRO purchasing process.
  2. Work with user department to analyze the supplier proposal, negotiate price, evaluate and select vendor.
  3. Business negotiation, contract review and sign-off, order placement for MRO purchasing.
  4. Purchasing project follow-up, coordination and reporting,
  5. Supplier KPI review and improve.
  6. Improve and optimize MRO purchasing process
  7. Global procurement support.
  8. Other tasks assigned by line manager
