Senior Material Planner

1            Make and execute material purchase plan according to customer's demand and production plan.

2            Monitor and adjust the purchase orders closely to ensure timely delivery while keep inventory in reasonable level.

3            Identify potential risks and alarm for material issue ahead of time, follow up related action plans.

4            Coordinate with customer service , production planning and production team to make sure efficient communication of information.

5            Regularly check and maintain MRP system parameter settings to ensure accuracy and seek optimization opportunities.

6            Continues improvement to improve inventory turn and improve efficiency.

7            Slow moving materials analysis and dispose.

8            Material quality issue handling with external vendors and improvement follow up;

9            Vendor payment follow up.

10          Other tasks assigned by superior;
