About the Job

12-month fixed-term contract, 2 days per week, Monday & Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm.

 

We are looking for a dynamic, client-focused individual to join our Customer Service Centre Team based in Albany.

 

  • Reporting to the Specialist Team Leader this role would suit someone who is customer outcome-driven, has high attention to detail, has commercial acumen and is passionate about providing the best solutions for clients, our insurance partners and the business.
  • Accept and action inbound claim referrals from Insurers through emails and phone calls
  • Inbound call queries on the ACC and Insurance line from internal and external stake holders
  • Supporting clinics by liaising with Insurance Providers and independent Audiologists
  • Quote Generation and follow up
  • Outbound calling
  • Generating and checking invoices for clinics before sending to ACC
  • Reaching daily and monthly ACC and Insurance KPI Targets.
  • Monitoring and actioning scheduling requests for all clinics.

 

About you

  • Insurance or customer service centre experience preferred  
  • Computer proficiency required
  • Experience of diary management would be advantageous
  • Personable and calm
  • Confident dealing with the public, articulate with a great phone manner
  • Organised with high level of attention to detail and strong written communication skills
  • Able to communicate complex information
