Business Analyst

We have a vacancy for a full-time Business Analyst, based in our Albany support office. Joining our experienced, friendly team, you will play a key part in assisting the Operations team with reporting and analytical functions. We are looking for someone with a eye for detail, who loves to dig deep into the data and help shape strong business decisions.


Responsibilities will include but not limited to;

  • Developing and delivering analysis, information and reports to senior management and other internal/external stakeholders
  • Analysis of Business KPI'S and drivers and making recommendations to improve business performance
  • Delivery of high-quality information for management decision making
  • Analyse and map processes, data pathways and information flows
  • Provide knowledge/skills transfer to other team members so that they can implement improved business decisions


The ideal candidate will have at least 3-4 years of previous experience in a similar role, as well as;

  • A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and positively as a team member.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Ideally experience with PowerBI, Tableau or other similar data reporting tools


As well as delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines, the role also requires the ability to build good rapport and relationships with clinic teams and key stakeholders.
