About the Role

 

Our Senior HR Advisor role is highly visible, collaborating and engaging with stakeholders right across the business.  You will be joining a supportive team where you will have the autonomy and support to really make this role your own.  The role is varied, but some key responsibilities include:

 

  • Providing pragmatic and timely people related advice across the full employee experience
  • Supporting leaders to identify, grow and retain talent
  • Taking a lead role in the annual performance and remuneration process
  • Working closely with the HR Director to create and facilitate targeted leadership and core HR training to invest in our people and continue to develop our leaders
  • Leading and supporting with people related projects and initiatives
  • Championing our Wellbeing programme
  • Coaching and mentoring our HR Co-Ordinator

About you

 

We are looking for a self-motivated and solutions focused team member, who has a true passion for adding value to our customers.  Ideally you will bring:

 

  • 3-5 years HR advisory experience, coupled with experience partnering with mid-senior level managers
  • Proven ability to work through end to end informal to formal employee relations issues, with a solid knowledge of HR legislation and best practice
  • First class stakeholder engagement skills which help you quickly form trusted relationships
  • Strong MS Office skills, and HRIS systems experience
