Field Sales Representative Advanced Bionics
Purpose of the Job
We are seeking a Sales & Clinical Specialist to develop and maintain sales of AB products across Finland. This role combines commercial growth with clinical and research trial coordination in the region. You will work closely with healthcare professionals, customers, and internal teams to deliver strong business results while ensuring high-quality clinical support. The position requires both strategic relationship-building and hands-on technical expertise.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and manage accounts according to company strategy
- Develop new customer relationships while strengthening ties with existing customers, HCPs, and user associations
- Conduct product demonstrations, training, and ongoing support for healthcare professionals
- Introduce and promote new products, technologies, and software solutions in the market
- Coordinate clinical and technical field trials in cooperation with Clinical Research, Regulatory Affairs, and Clinical Engineering
- Manage tenders, contracts, and price negotiations to support commercial goals
- Plan and prioritize customer visits in line with targets and business priorities
- Support first surgeries and fittings at new centers and provide expert assistance when needed
- Forecast sales based on customer insights and market intelligence
- Represent the company at customer events, fairs, and professional meetings
- Act as a key escalation point for complex customer issues, ensuring high-quality service and support
- Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and internal teams to enhance customer experience and commercial initiatives
Requirements:
- High school diploma and/or sales education; degree in Audiology, Engineering, or Business a plus
- Proven B2B sales experience; healthcare, medtech, or hearing industry background is an advantage
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills (digital & face-to-face)
- Self-driven, persistent, and solution-oriented with strong planning ability
- Fluent in Finnish, proficient in English
- Proficient in Office 365 and comfortable with technical products
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
