Responsible for all clinical-related activities and ensuring all AB recipients have the optimal outcome by providing training to the internal audience (Nihon Bionics and distributors) and the external audience (surgeons, speech-language-hearing therapists, and CI-related professionals) for all Advanced Bionics Products & technology.

 

The key responsibility in this position will be:

 

1. Clinical Education and Training:

•             Ensure all internal and external audiences are trained on Advanced Bionics Products, Features, and Technology

•             Design and deliver comprehensive training programs/materials for healthcare professionals.

 

2.           Clinical Support:

•             Provide expert clinical support to healthcare providers, including troubleshooting, case reviews, and on-site assistance during surgeries and implant activations.

•             Collaborate with the technical support team to address and resolve any clinical issues or challenges.

 

4.           Customer Engagement:

•             Foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders, clinicians, and healthcare institutions.

•             Attend conferences, workshops, and industry events to stay abreast of the latest developments in Advanced Bionics implant technology and share insights with the broader community.

 

5.           Documentation and Reporting:

•             Maintain accurate and detailed records of clinical activities as per the requirements.

•             Prepare and present regular updates on clinical outcomes and trends to all Customers.

クリニカル関連活動を実行し、アドバンスト バイオニクス製品および技術に関する社内関係者(日本バイオニクスおよび販売代理店)ならびに社外対象者(外科医、言語聴覚士、人工内耳関連専門家)へのトレーニングを提供することにより、すべての人工内耳装着者が最適な治療成果を得られるよう尽力します

 

このポジションの主たる業務内容:

1. 臨床教育・研修

• 社内・社外関係者全員に対し、アドバンスト・バイオニクス社の製品・機能・技術に関する研修を実施します

• 医療従事者向け包括的な研修プログラム/教材を設計・提供

 

2. クリニカルサポート

• 医療提供者に対し、トラブルシューティング、症例レビュー、手術時・インプラント起動時の現場支援を含む専門的な臨床サポートを提供します

• 技術サポートチームと連携し、臨床上の課題や問題の解決に取り組みます

 

4. 顧客エンゲージメント

• キーオピニオンリーダー、臨床医、医療機関との強固な関係を構築します

• 学会、ワークショップ、業界イベントに参加し、アドバンスト・バイオニクス社のインプラント技術の最新動向を把握するとともに、幅広いコミュニティと知見を共有します

 

5. 文書保持と報告

• 要件に基づき、臨床活動に関する正確かつ詳細な記録を維持します

• 臨床結果と傾向に関する定期的な更新情報を準備し、全顧客に提示します
