Advanced Bionics (AB) are looking for a Clinical Specialist to join our dynamic and friendly clinical team. What we offer:

About the role:

 

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing clinical and technical support for all Advanced Bionics hardware and software products to Cochlear Implant and ENT clinics, as well as AB partners within their designated territory in the UK. This includes delivering on-site and remote clinical/technical services including; switch-ons and fittings, upgrade support, managing complex cases, resolving technical issues, and providing surgical support, in addition to offering support via email and phone.

 

The role also involves training Audiology and ENT professionals on existing and new Advanced Bionics products and services, in collaboration with the Education and Training Manager.

 

The successful candidate will be required to build and maintain strong working relationships with our customers to ensure the continued growth of the business. Additionally, tracking and reporting tools will be utilised to monitor performance and refine local strategies, thereby contributing to the overall growth and success of Advanced Bionics in the UK.

 

This role offers the successful applicant the opportunity to develop their experience in technical knowledge and support, customer service and sales/business acumen whilst working within a highly supportive and dynamic team culture that strives to provide world-class service and technology that benefits our customers daily.

 

This is a full-time, field based position with salary depending on experience and additional company benefits.  Regular travel within the designated territory, with some overseas travel also required on occasions is to be expected.

 

A qualification or equivalent experience in Audiology is essential; commercial experience and/or experience in a Cochlear Implant department is highly desirable.

  • With a willingness to travel nationally, you’ll be happy with overnight stays and weekend working. Occasional overseas travel will be required.
  • You’ll be a knowledge expert, championing new initiatives and eager to develop your own skills and experiences.
