Regional Sales Representative

Field Sales Representative – Midlands and Southern England


As a Field Sales Representative at Sonova, you’ll be at the forefront of building relationships with independent dispensers and retailers, driving sales growth, and increasing market share across your assigned territory. This is a field-based role covering parts of the Midlands and Southern England, offering the freedom to manage your own diary while delivering exceptional customer experiences. More about the role

 

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to grow Phonak and Unitron products across your territory
  • Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers, providing product training and education
  • Achieve sales targets and expand distribution points, ensuring company records and CRM systems are up to date
  • Attend trade shows, industry exhibitions, and internal sales meetings as required
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform business strategy
  • Offer technical support and exceptional customer service, including out-of-hours support when needed


More about you

 
Essential:

 

  • Strong sales experience, ideally in hearing aids, medical devices, or related industries
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • IT literate with experience using CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a field-based environment

 

Desirable:

 

  • Business or commercial qualification
  • Ability to analyse data and interpret business insights
  • Previous experience in training or presenting technical information to customers 
  • Ideally, you are based in Oxford, Reading, and surrounding areas
