AB Outreach Specialist

AB Outreach Specialist (Remote)
The Outreach Specialist generates sales to assigned potential new customers via remote means.
Responsibilities:
- Performs sales activities for assigned Sonova products via remote means and serves assigned new and existing customers in line with the business plan.
- Builds and maintains relationships with existing and new customers and informs them of new products and services.
- Follows up with customers on customer care issues and refers to a superior for complex requests.
- Ensures appropriate sales activity level to achieve targets.
- Collaborates closely with field force representatives or key account managers to help existing and new customers.
- Explains product offerings and helps complete order forms as needed via virtual means, such as phone, email, SMS/text, webchat, video calls, etc.
- Manages digital consumer leads interested in learning about cochlear implants.
- Counsels and helps consumer leads understand and select AB cochlear implants via remote means.
- Leads virtual consumer video meetings focused on addressing consumer questions about Sonova technologies and the cochlear implant process.
- Reports consumer complaints or suggested product or process enhancements to the complaint management team.
- Documents sales activity in CRM system in a timely manner.
- Other duties as assigned.

More about you:
Education
- Master’s Degree or relevant experience
Nice to Have
- Doctor of Audiology (AuD)
Work Experience
- 1-3 years of sales work experience
Nice to Have
- Experience in hearing, healthcare, or med tech industry
Language(s)/ Level
- English/ Fluent
- Spanish/ Fluent
IT Skills
- Salesforce, SAP, MS Office
A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

This role's pay range is between: $64,000/yr - $96,000/yr (based on location). This role is also bonus eligible.
