Executive Administrative Assistant – R&D
Provide full range of administrative services to the Senior Vice President of R&D while managing administrative operations for the R&D function. Drive efficiency, facilitate communication, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations at both executive and departmental levels.
Responsibilities:
- Provide full administrative service to executives and senior leaders with work being generally of (highly) confidential nature.
- Manage SVP R&D calendar and travel logistics, coordinate, schedule, and document meetings.
- Oversee comprehensive communication management
- Manage R&D department purchases and expense categorization
- Support HR-adjacent tasks and performance tracking
- Act as training delegate for the R&D department
- Plan and execute team building and celebratory events
Travelling Requirement: Occasional travel required for off-site events, approximately 3 times per year.
More about you:
- 4+ years of experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, with relevant administrative certifications as a plus.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to anticipate issues while maintaining discretion in handling confidential information.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Self‑driven problem solver who takes initiative, navigates obstacles resourcefully, and influences without formal authority.
- Excellent time‑management, organizational abilities, and strong writing skills for correspondence, reports, and documentation.
- Skilled at managing multiple priorities in fast‑paced environments and adapting quickly to new tools and processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel and PowerPoint), video‑conferencing platforms, and modern digital tools.
A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

This role's pay range is between $61,600/yr – $92,400/yr. This role is also bonus eligible.
