Product Manager

What you’ll do:

Develop and execute product obsolescence plans.

Collaborate with Sales Force to create and maintain product forecast plans.

Monitor market demand for product.

Develop global pricing programs for products. Modify as product lifecycle progresses and new markets are accessed.

Create programs & policies for products, including exchange/upgrades & warranties prior to launch, and as needed including full financial impact analysis. Gain cross-functional approvals.

Develop and execute downstream marketing activities against marketing plans for all products.

Collaborate with MarCom to initiate, develop and execute marketing communications plan to support assigned products, including supporting assigned product launches and throughout the product lifecycle. Develop communication tools such as collateral, web, advertising, etc. to support assigned products.

Initiate analysis of competitive information, & collaborate to develop sales & marketing strategies and responses to competitive product launches.

Assist in development & execution of product launches by driving the creation of market research, branding & market segmentation studies to support creation of long range roadmap.

Partner with Corporate Marketing to develop marketing communications and promotional strategies and tactics designed to emphasize product benefits, positioning and overall branding.

Measure and tune product marketing programs to ensure alignment with corporate goals.


What you bring to the team:

Must have exceptional leadership, negotiation, & interpersonal skills, particularly in working effectively as a member of a team.

Must be able to work in a fast paced environment & foster constructive relationships with internal/external customers.

Must have excellent written, verbal, analytical & presentation skills.

Must have excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen to clinical & customer needs, prioritize needs/requirements & communicate them to cross-functional teams. Must demonstrate the capacity for patient and physician empathy and understanding.  Must have effective time management skills; availability to work some weekends and ability to manage a moderate travel.


Must have minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a medical related, preferable implantable medical device, industry in a product management or marketing position with product launch experience.

Field sales experience a plus.
