Project Manager

 

Overview

 

The Project Manager manages small or medium sized projects or parts of larger projects that affect parts of the organization, with low complexity and a defined scope.

 

What you’ll do:

 

 

  • Plans and co-ordinates small or medium sized projects or parts of larger projects affecting a department or part of the organization.
  • Develops and maintains project plans and resource and contingency plans and ensures project documentation.
  • Partners with project sponsors and senior stakeholders to define project objectives, milestones and success criteria and develops status quo reports.
  • Manages the project throughout the project lifecycle delivering results that meet agreed success parameters.
  • Assists more senior colleagues on more complex projects by providing research, analysis and report drafting.
  • Develops status reports to update stakeholders on project progress.
  • Manages a small project team and liaises with external consultants and stakeholders as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

 

Travelling Requirement: Up to 20%

 

 

 

 

What you bring to the team:

 

 

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 5 of years of equivalent work experience

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, advanced degree or MBA

 

 

Further Education          

Nice to Have

  • PMP Certification, SCRUM Master

 

 

Work Experience

  • At least 3 years job related experience as a Project Manager for medical device

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Class 3 medical (active implantable devices)
