Senior Education & Training Specialist

Overview

 

The Education and Training Specialist at Advanced Bionics will:

-Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and drive sales training strategy of internal AB employees.

-Implement and deliver customer education at the clinical, surgical, and consumer levels within the North American and Global markets. 

-Implement and deliver sales training and clinical education to internal AB staff.

-Collaborate with Global Education and Training to develop and execute strategy that maintains technology momentum, creates AB preference, and engages customers.

 

 

 

What you’ll do:

 

 

  • Work with Education and Training team and International Marketing and Education counterparts to:
  • Develop and drive the sales training strategy for internal AB staff that aligns with company business objectives.
  • Align with stakeholders to understand and prioritize needs in order to contribute to Global E&T's strategy
  • Deliver curriculum-based training and develop educational materials that engage clinical professionals, surgeons, and consumers to drive AB differentiation and preference
  • Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to develop and maintain peer-led training program to be delivered to customers virtually and in-person in North America and globally
  • Train internal AB staff on AB's products, technology, and resources as part of Global Orientation program virtually and in-person.
  • Conduct continued training efforts to ensure that sales force is adequately prepared to support customers virtually and in-person in North America and globally.
  • Manage timelines and collaborate interdepartmentally to execute projects on deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date on new and evolving digital instructional design tools and adult learning concepts to help maintain AB's status as a leader in training
  • Bring innovative ideas to the Marketing and Sales teams that impact the advancement of our technologies and resources

 

 

 

What you bring to the team:

 

 

Education

  • AuD degree in Audiology

 

 

Further Education

  • MBA or PhD

 

 

Work Experience

  • 5-7 years in an audiological or medical device setting

Nice to Have

•   Sales background preferred, in private practice or in medical/audiological device sales

 

 

Personal Competencies

Understanding of the value that a strong training program can bring to a company

 

 

Social Competencies

  • Strong communicator (written and verbal) and polished presenter

 

 

Professional Competencies

  • Ability to work effectively across multiple functions to drive projects from concept to completion; passion and ability to develop and deliver impactful training

Nice to Have

•   CRM proficiency

 

 

Language(s)/ Level

  • English (Fluent)

Nice to Have

  • Language Skills in addition to English

 

 

 

IT Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office

Nice to Have

•   Background in digital training curriculum creation
