Senior Financial Accountant

Senior Financial Accountant (Hybrid)
The Senior Financial Accountant is responsible for financial consolidation, reporting, and internal controls, ensuring compliance with IFRS and company accounting guidelines. This role supports month-end close activities, financial reporting, and revenue recognition reconciliation while serving as the Internal Control System (ICS) champion.
Responsibilities:
- Reconcile and report revenue recognition for the U.S. subsidiary.
- Perform month-end close reconciliations for various accounts.
- Review monthly accounting data for international subsidiaries
- Upload financial reporting information to the Swiss parent company.
- Prepare and analyze divisional financial results using predefined reporting management tools.
- Maintain and oversee the Internal Control System (ICS).
- Apply appropriate accounting principles in compliance with IFRS and company guidelines.
- Conduct financial analyses as needed to support business decisions.
- Calculate and manage the sales commission approval and payment process.
- Perform Concur (travel system) administrator duties and audits.
- Support R&D project accounting and reporting needs.
- Other duties as assigned by your manager.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Further Education
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent
Work Experience
- 5+ years in an Accounting or Financial role within a medium to large sized company

This role's pay range is between $94,400/yr - $141,600yr (based on location). This role is also bonus eligible.
