Senior Legal Counsel




The Senior Professional Legal provides legal advice and counsel.



What you’ll do:


  • Drafting and negotiating a broad range of agreements commonly needed in the medical device industry, including without limitation supply agreements, clinical trial agreements, research agreements, sales agreements, distribution agreements, consultant agreements
  • Review and advise on Promotional Materials
  • Advise internal clients on transactional matters, inclusive of ability to assess risk, mitigations, and make recommendations based on applicable federal and state laws
  • Manage claims, disputes and litigation as needed
  • Manage various legal matters, disputes, and strategic projects as requested
  • Willingness to learn/embrace continuous improvement concepts and apply them in their daily work
  • Other duties as assigned


Additional Key Responsibilities: Collaborate across many functions, countries, cultures and time zones to drive results on complex projects.


Travelling Requirement: no more than 10%




What you bring to the team:




JD Degree from a U.S. Accredited law school (or equivalent plus U.S. LLM)




Work Experience

  • Minimum of six (6) years of relevant work experience in in a medical device or pharmaceutical company or in the commercial or healthcare dept. of a major law firm

Nice to Have

  • Healthcare Compliance – knowledge of Anti-Kickback laws, false claims act, foreign-corrupt practices act, Physician Payments Act, HIPAA, and FDA regulations
