About the Role
As a Regional Hearing Care Professional, you’ll provide consistent clinical coverage across British Columbia, ensuring uninterrupted client care and supporting clinics during periods of high demand, planned vacations, or staffing gaps. This is a travel-based role, with 50–100% travel, fully supported and paid for by Connect Hearing.
You’ll play a critical role in protecting clinic performance, strengthening the client journey, and maintaining strong conversion and revenue outcomes, while working with a variety of teams and clinic environments.
A day in the life of a Regional Hearing Care Professional involves:
- Coordinate and arrange travel and accommodation
- Planned coverage scheduled 6–8 weeks in advance; urgent coverage as feasible (24–48 hours)
- Providing an exceptional client experience focused on client counselling, product education, and recommendation
- Support same-day solutions, fittings, and follow-ups to maximize private conversion
- Conducting hearing loss evaluations for new clients and recommending the best-fit solution
- Deliver the full scope of hearing care services in line with Connect Hearing standards
- Ensure a seamless client experience and smooth handover back to the home clinic team
- Build quick rapport with clients and local clinic staff

- Strong private fit conversion and clinic revenue protection
- Positive feedback from local clinic teams
- High client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Practitioner in good standing with a provincial regulatory body
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience with proven success in consultations and fittings
- Strong sales acumen with a client-first, trust-based approach
- Highly adaptable, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
- A proactive, reliable professional who embodies Connect Hearing’s client-centered values
What You Get in Return
- The expected hiring salary range for this role is $70,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on qualifications, experience, and internal equity
