About the Role:
We’re excited to open applications for a Regional Coordinator to support our clinics across region 8. This role will be based in our Wandsworth, Ealing or Welwyn Garden City Store
This is a key role within our operational structure, ensuring our clinics run smoothly, our teams feel supported, and our customers receive an exceptional experience on their journey to better hearing.
As a Regional Coordinator, you’ll be at the centre of regional operations, planning ahead, keeping diaries running efficiently, coordinating staffing, and supporting our clinics day-to-day. Working closely with the Senior Regional Sales Manager, Hearing Aid Audiologists, and clinic teams, you’ll play a vital role in keeping Region 8 operating at its best.

What you’ll be doing:
- Partner with the Senior Regional Sales Manager to maximise productivity and reduce waste
- Analyse diary potential and improve accessibility across clinics
- Manage regional diaries, staffing schedules, Mobile Audiologists, QHAD timetables, and absence cover
- Support customers through confirmation calls, rescheduling, and ensuring correct appointment bookings
- Oversee remote services including orders, replacements, and Hearing Aid Audiologist remote diary scheduling
- Manage stock, loan aids, and asset allocation for new starters and leavers
- Provide day-to-day operational support to clinics and act as a point of contact for queries
- Support compliance processes, training completion, and onboarding/offboarding
- Track and report health & safety incidents and work with the H&S team to resolve issues
- Provide cross-regional support where required

Person Specification:
- 3-5 years’ experience in operations coordination, office management, or resource planning
- Clinical experience preferred or willingness to complete Hearing Wellness Advisor qualification
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Excellent communication and customer service mindset
- Confident using systems, data, and technology
- Solutions-focused, calm under pressure, and adaptable to change
- A collaborative team player who is happy to support others when needed
