Role Purpose:

 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Channel Marketing Manager working within a small to medium size group company. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Marketing Executive who is looking for the next step in their career.

 

The successful candidate must have a positive, inclusive and inspirational mindset as you will be responsible for planning and executing the B2B2C Channel Marketing Strategy for the Phonak Nationals & Government, including Roger, channel to support our growth agenda.

 

About The Role:

 

  • Own key industry / launch events from ideation to execution, with support from Marketing Associate, Commercial Marketing.
  • Manage the strategic development and co-ordination of customer-centric, loyalty-based value added marketing programmes.
  • Create and execute lead generation programs to drive revenue.
  • Develop marketing collateral, such as sales enablement tools, presentations and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to manage external agency relationships to maximise efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Commercial Marketing to deliver impactful launch campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and execution.
  • Act as a core member of the marketing team and take an active part in the definition of the marketing strategy and channel marketing plan.
  • Applying leadership principles on a day to day basis.
  • Establishing self as a key stakeholder and decision maker for the channels.
  • Work with a continuous improvement mindset and put our Sonova values at the heart of everything we do.
  • Monitor and respond to competitor changes, market trends, regulatory changes, and industry challenges.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication and relationships with all local & HQ colleagues, customers, and partners.
