Digital Hearingcare Associate - Llandudno

Location: Llandudno

Full time role – Flexible working hours after training

Our Associates are responsible for client servicing and sales activity (including remote digital hearing aid programming) providing remote support to new and existing customers and signposting towards products, accessories and services via remote means. Working out of the Boots Hearingcare Llandudno office, our associates will:

  • Provide hotline, video-conferencing and telephonic support to customers with varying stages of hearing loss.
  • Customize and provide remote programming for new hearing instrument fittings, fine tunings and repairs including remote programming over video calls with customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and inform them of new products, accessories, services and prices.
  • Handle orders and perform routine sales activities via remote means.
  • Follow-up with customers on customer care issues and enact onward referrals for non-routine, clinical or face-to-face requests.
  • Putting care for our customers and colleagues at the forefront of everything you do and acting with integrity and accountability.


As our Digital Hearingcare Associate - Telehealth, you should:

  • Have an interest in hearing health, care pathways and transforming lives.
  • Have customer affinity and confidence in approaching and engaging customers with hearing loss.
  • Be IT-confident including ability to use Microsoft Office applications and be comfortable using digital communication platforms including telehealth video streaming.
  • Have commercial awareness.
  • Previous experience in the hearing, healthcare or the med tech industry that would be an advantage. Even better if you have experience of telehealth platforms.



We will provide you with all the training you need to become a Hearingcare Associate.  Candidates will need to be able to travel to our Support Office in Llandudno during their training.


Successful applicants will be subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS Check.


Salary: £22k P.A

Annual bonus scheme  of upto 18% of base salary depending on performance.
