Hearing Aid Technician - 15‑month contract

Join our Production Operations team, where every day you have a real impact on the creation of our products. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for our products on a daily basis, ensuring their quality and correct construction.

Tasks & Responsibilities

What you will do:

  • Assembling and detailing small hearing instruments
  • Manual assembly of hearing aid components
  • Operating machinery used for assembling medical devices
  • Cooperation with other team members to maintain continuity and speed of the production line

More about you:

We are looking for a person who has a high level of dexterity and precision when working with small devices. We do not require professional experience; however, you must be someone who, at least as part of your hobbies, works with small components and parts - for example, assembling computers or creating electronic circuits.

Essential qualifications:

  • High dexterity with tools
  • Experience working with small components
  • Experience operating equipment used for handling very small devices

Good to have qualifications:

  • Experience assembling small devices
  • Experience working in the medical devices industry

We understand that you may not meet every requirement listed. If you believe this role aligns with your skills and aspirations, we encourage you to apply—even if you don’t fulfill 100% of the qualifications.
