Senior Professional Inside Sales

As Senior Professional – Inside Sales, you will lead a high-performing team at the heart of our commercial success. Working with Independent customer and Key partners including Specsavers, NHS Hospitals and local education authorities, you will drive revenue growth while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. 
You’ll bring strong leadership, commercial awareness and a passion for customer care. In return, you’ll gain the opportunity to shape and influence a growing Inside Sales function, develop your career within a global organisation, and play a meaningful role in helping people reconnect with the world through better hearing.


More about the role:

 

  • Build strong relationships with customers via phone, email, and virtual platforms, understanding their needs and recommending tailored solutions
  • Proactively generate and develop new business opportunities through market research, outreach, and campaign follow-up
  • Support the full sales cycle including quotations, order processing, delivery coordination, and issue resolution
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our hearing solutions, accessories, and business support tools
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, track pipeline performance, and use data insights to drive continuous improvement


More about you:

 

  • Proven experience in remote selling and revenue generation within a B2B environment
  • Strong leadership capability with the confidence to present virtually and in person
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised with strong time management and the ability to work calmly under pressure
  • Customer-focused, commercially aware, and results-driven, with a proactive and adaptable mindset
