Business Controlling Analyst (High Growth Markets)

Purpose of the job: Be a key contributor to the HI WHS HGM finance team. Support the region in terms of performance reporting, budget and estimate reporting (data summary and presentation preparation), product performance analysis, defined KPI tracking, monthly reporting package and ad hoc projects.



Tasks and responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain standard reports and data structures across the region and by market to ensure consistency & efficiency in tracking sales, OPEX, balance sheet, FTEs and other key KPIs
  • Support data analysis in terms of sales, OPEX and other financial performance metrics in order to summarize results, determine opportunities/trends and define actions
  • Perform basic sales & financial data review to identify anomalies during the month end closing, proactively highlight issues and follow up
  • Consolidate and review the monthly commentary for the region
  • Support the group companies with the budget and forecast process, preforming checks and providing feedback
  • Provide financial and analytical support for various ad hoc projects
  • Perform the month end closing reporting for selected group companies
  • Perform account receivable aging reporting and follow up for selected group companies



Your Profile:


  • University Degree in Finance related subject (Business Administration or Finance & Controlling)
  • 2-5 years of work experience in financial analysis FP&A, accounting/ IFRS knowledge would be desired
  • Professional knowledge of: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, SAP Business Warehouse, Cognos
  • Excellent English skills (spoken and written)
  • In-depth knowledge of data analysis and data-driven action planning within an international environment
  • Ability / experience in building large scale databases using different data sources
