Change Manager (Finance)
Purpose of the job is to contribute to lead the process and all required activities of Change Management for projects on Sonova group or functional level for Corporate Finance – as part of Sonova Corporate Finance PMO.
Your tasks:
- Define strategies to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
- Lead various global teams related to a change project to implement changes at an organizational level
- Lead change communication efforts. Define change communication strategies and lead the design, development, delivery and management of communications. Engage communication experts to support when needed.
- Assess the change impact: Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders. Consult project teams and senior stakeholders to mitigate risks accordingly
- Lead change related training efforts in collaboration with training experts. Provide input, document requirements and support the design and instruct on the delivery of training programs.

Your profile:
- Master’s degree in business administration or an equivalent university degree
- Change Management Certification, e.g. Prosci Certified Change Practitioner
- 8+ years’ work experience in leading of global, cross-functional projects in the area of change and transformation
- Strong track record of successful delivery of transformation projects and behavioral change projects
- Excellent understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
- Demonstratable experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent active listening skills
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, to work effectively at all levels in an organization, influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
- Strong ability to take ownership and demonstrate accountability
- Strategic leadership with experience leading change and delivering high quality results
- Demonstratable experience with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
- Excellent presentation skills
- Fluent in English
- MS Office, MS Project, MS Teams, MS Forms, Miro, SAP basics, think-cel
