Demand Planning Manager
Your tasks
- Lead and continuously improve the Demand Planning cycle for assigned markets to ensure best-in-class service levels from Distribution Centers (DC) to stores and consumers
- Collaborate with HQ to support the global New Product Introduction (NPI) process, ensuring smooth integration with supply chain operations
- Partner with Corporate Operations to enhance the global S&OP process and drive the strategic direction of supply chain operations, optimizing inventory and increasing service levels
- Execute the weekly demand and supply review process, fostering alignment on supply and demand through strong relationships with local and corporate stakeholders
- Develop and maintain reporting capabilities to help AC Operations achieve strategic goals and operational KPIs
- Support markets in achieving inventory management targets by driving continuous improvement in store inventory management processes
- Mitigate supply risks effectively through close collaboration with local markets and Corporate Operations as part of daily management
- Respond quickly and efficiently to business-critical events, minimizing impact on AC points of sale (POS) and ensuring a seamless consumer experience
Your profile
- University degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Operations and/or any related field of study
- Proven experience in Demand Planning and Inventory Management, with a track record of meeting challenging targets and driving KPI improvements
- Strong expertise in S&OP processes, preferably within healthcare or a retail environment
- Demonstrated ability to implement and optimize operational processes in a vertically integrated setup
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to process data, create impactful reports, and drive business improvements
- Proficiency in SAP APO (or other planning tools), SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP ECC, and Power BI; ability to leverage these tools for decision-making and reporting
- Excellent communication skills, with the capability to effectively influence stakeholders and drive decisions at all organizational levels
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with a mindset focused on continuous improvement and achieving high service levels
