Design & Brand Specialist

About the role

 

Working closely with the Group Communications Team, Director Brand, and Creative Studio Lead, you will play a key role in elevating Sonova’s visual brand implementation across channels. You will contribute your strong visual design expertise to the creation of static, motion, and animated assets while ensuring consistency with Sonova’s brand guidelines. In return for your creativity, precision, and collaborative mindset, you will work in an environment where visual excellence and brand integrity are central to impactful global communications.

  • Execute static, motion graphics, and design projects to support Group Communications
  • Create graphics and design assets in line with Sonova brand guidelines
  • Develop and formalize design and graphics templates for digital, print, and video
  • Provide layout and formatting for internal and external campaigns and releases
  • Create motion graphics and animation assets for A/V projects
  • Support the development of Sonova’s CICD guidelines and perform brand checks
  • Ensure timely documentation and structured asset storage

 

More about you

 

  • BA / BFA in Design or Visual Communications, or equivalent demonstrated through portfolio and experience
  • Some years of proven experience in brand-aligned graphic design
  • Strong visual and design proficiency with the ability to develop and communicate visual ideas
  • High level of precision, organization, and reliability, with resilience under pressure
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
  • Interdisciplinary mindset with basic understanding of A/V post-production or willingness to learn
  • Collaborative team player with a trustworthy and motivated approach
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
