Digital Platform & Data Specialist
As a Digital Platform & Data Specialist, you will play a central role in shaping Sonova’s digital presence. You will help optimising our corporate website and digital channels, ensuring they reflect our brand values and support strategic goals.
Key responsibilities
- Overseeing content, design, and functionality of Sonova’s corporate website and other digital platforms
- Implementing governance and compliance standards across digital channels
- Providing training and support to internal teams on digital tools and platforms
- Monitoring performance metrics and generating actionable insights to improve engagement
- Supporting the execution of digital campaigns aligned with corporate initiatives
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver high-quality digital experiences
- Driving innovation by applying best practices and staying current with digital trends
- Ensuring all digital activities contribute positively to Sonova’s reputation and business objectives
Your profile
- A bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, Communications, or a related field (master’s or certifications are a plus)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital communications or platform management (agency background is a plus)
- Strong skills in web content management systems (e.g., WordPress VIP), basic HTML/CSS, and UX principles
- Proven ability to analyse digital performance data and translate insights into improvements
- Experience with digital governance, compliance, and stakeholder management in a global environment
- Excellent collaboration and facilitation skills, with a continuous improvement mindset
- Fluency in English; German or other languages are an advantage
- High level of self-management, accountability, and adaptability in a fast-paced setting
