Digital Platforms Specialist (m/f/d)
The Digital Platforms Specialist is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of Sonova’s global B2B eCommerce portfolio and websites. In this role, you will ensure smooth planning and execution of product launches, feature releases, and marketing campaigns across Sonova brands.
You will act as a key partner to commercial, brand, and IT teams, ensuring reliable platform performance, accurate product data, and a seamless purchasing experience for our B2B customers worldwide.

- Manage the setup, maintenance, and reliability of the global B2B eCommerce platform, ensuring launches and feature releases are delivered on time and with high quality
- Maintain and manage product catalogs, launch and phase-out data, and variant configurations in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris)
- Partner with commercial leads to implement launches and promotions consistently across brands and regions
- Coordinate requirements from multiple brands and translate business needs into clear and prioritized backlog items
- Liaise with Corporate and local IT (SAP, AEM) to support launches, marketing campaigns, and resolve technical issues impacting sales performance
- Act as the main point of contact for global eCommerce operations, enabling Group Companies with best practices, playbooks, and training
- Monitor and optimize KPIs to drive revenue growth and continuously improve the performance of the eCommerce portfolio
- Stay up to date with digital trends and proactively identify growth opportunities within the B2B eCommerce landscape
More about you
- Degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in B2B eCommerce, digital marketing, or B2B2C web/portal development
- Hands-on experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris); familiarity with AEM is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and KPIs into actionable insights
- Experience working in cross-functional, international environments
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; technical knowledge (HTML, CSS, JS) is an advantage
- Fluent in English
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced matrix organization
