Finance System Professional

 

Purpose of the job: 

 

As a Finance System Professional, you will support user maintenance and manage system access for the central Finance infrastructure and its associated platforms, ensuring smooth, secure, and efficient operations across the Finance function. 

 

Tasks & Responsibilities:

 

  • Maintain user profiles and access rights for group wide user base (ca. 200 individuals)
  • Support world wide rollout activities for Finance Management System (Statements and Payments functionality)
  • Finance back office controlling, reporting & analysis
  • Monitoring information disclosures and internal compliance for Group Companies

 

More about you:

 

  • Professional education: Apprenticeship or qualifications, preferably in banking, accounting, or finance
  • At least a few years of experience in Accounting, Finance or Corporate Finance
  • Demonstrated reliability, strong affinity for IT systems, proven ability to work effectively in a team, and excellent communication skills 
  • Very good command of English
  • Experience in SAP / Excel / Financial Management Systems
