HR Manager

Lead all aspects of HR operations in selected area to ensure compliance with employment regulations, company policies and best practices. Act as the liaison between HR, candidates, employees, managers ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries align with regulations and corporate instructions.

 

 

Your Responsibilities:

 

  • Managing various aspects of HR Operations for chosen functional area and ensuring that the operations are compliant with statutory requirements and corporate guidelines.
  • Actively assisting in creating, implementing and administering human resources policies and procedures and ensuring that practices are compliant with statutory requirements and guidelines.
  • Supporting employee relations by providing guidelines and clarifications on policies and their application. Building positive Employee’s experience and Line Managers’s experience
  • Line Managers support in motivation and disciplinary activities refer to SWSC Employees
  • Acting as a personnel processes expert in ensuring that they are in place and align with labour law and Sonova corporate rules.
  • Cooperation with external payroll provider in any personnel documentation, payroll matters, tax data
  • Active participation in and/or leadership of projects focused on continuous improvement of HR processes.
  • Cooperation within HR team

 

 

Your Profile:

 

  • Min 5 years professional experience in Local HR on independent position
  • Min 1 year experience on the similar role for the organization min 50 Empl
  • Experience in personnel administration including payroll
  • Experience in  basic training conducting (onboarding, information)
  • Ability to work independent, ability to deal with deadlines, can-do mentality, joined-up thinking, accuracy, to be proactive
  • Ability to communicate to stake holders using mentoring and couching skills as a base.
  • Ability to resolve difficult interpersonal situation
  • Ability to support disciplinary meeting and discussions with Employees
  • Customer orientation, reliability, patience, open-minded, intercultural collaboration
  • Up-to-date knowledge about Labour law regulations, HR information systems and HR processes, presentation and training skills, 
  • Proficiency level in English
