HR Processes & Systems Support Specialist CHRM

As a SAP SuccessFactors Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the SuccessFactors platform across all modules. You will collaborate closely with internal HR teams, IT, and external support partners to ensure optimal system performance and user experience. Your responsibilities will span from providing top-tier support to participating in strategic enhancements and system upgrades.

 


Your tasks:

 

  • Ensure high quality service of global second level support for all modules in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Ensure high quality service of  the 3rd level support between Sonova and external SAP SuccessFactors support
  • Keep training material up-to-date and create new training materials if needed
  • Train the HR Community in the use of the system
  • Ensure that the SuccessFactors solution is used correctly
  • Ensure that the data in the system is up-to-date
  • Collaboration at the development of the system and during the implementation of new modules
  • Support implementation of releases
  • Testing of new modules
  • Help to continuously improve the system
  • Create and maintain a robust admin guide and adhere to existing procedural guidelines.

 

 

Your profile:

 

  • Bachelor or Master in business administration
  • 2+ years professional experience in supporting area
  • Experience in the administration of SuccessFactors HRM suite
  • Customer orientation, reliability, patience, open-minded, intercultural collaboration
  • Up-to-date knowledge about HR information systems
  • Ability to work independent, ability to deal with frustration, fast learner, creativity, can-do mentality, joined-up thinking, accuracy, to be proactive
  • Proficiency level in English
  • MS Office, HR Information systems, interested in IT in general
