HR Services Specialist (with German)
Purpose of the job is to be responsible for the administrative employee life cycle. Provide first class administration services for employees of different departments, hierarchical levels and functions. Support staff – together with the HR Business Partners and / or HR Managers – in all kind of HR related matters.
Your tasks:
- Issue and process employment contracts
- Enter data into the HR system (SuccessFactors / SAP)
- Ensure data quality and timely forwarding of payroll-relevant data to the payroll department
- Manage employment contract amendments, internal transfers, changes in working hours, promotions, unpaid leave, retirements, and more
- Process entries and leavings in the HR System and in collaboration with other departments (e.g., IT, facilities) and line managers
- Monitor job descriptions and issue various agreements (e.g., training, confidentiality)
- Assist with personnel life-changing events in collaboration with HR BP / HR Manager
- Counsel line managers, employees, and HR colleagues in German and English on various topics (e.g., further education, unpaid leave, maternity leave)
- Provide support in annual processes such as appraisals, salary, and bonus processes
- Offer second-level support for HR systems such as the time recording system (Atoss)
- Advise employees on HR directives, policies, procedures, and systems
- Liaise with governmental authorities and administrations
- Handle announcement formalities and follow up on pending cases in coordination with payroll
- Contact authorities for social insurance matters (maternity, short and long-term sickness, pension fund, accident)
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., IT, reception), HR BPs, HR Managers, and line managers
Your profile:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR administration in an international environment, very good understanding of the employee lifecycle
- Very good understanding of HR Process and systems (SAP Success Factor), up to date HR knowledge
- Proficient in German and English
- Experience with Swiss administration, payroll and labor law is very nice to have
- Strong team player with good communication skills, high customer orientation and service thinking
- Very good MS Office skills (especially in excel)
