HR Services Team Leader (with French)

We are looking for HR Services Team Leader (with French) to oversee our HR Services team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality administrative support across the entire employee lifecycle. In this role, you will drive efficient HR operations, guide team members in their daily activities, and support transitions and process improvements. You will act as the main escalation point for operational HR matters while fostering the growth and development of your team.

 

More about the role : 

 

  • Lead and support the HR Services team in daily operations, ensuring performance, engagement, and timely task completion.
  • Manage workload, prioritize tasks, and act as the escalation point for HR operational issues.
  • Support team development through mentoring and identifying training needs
  • Oversee and support employee lifecycle administration (onboarding to exit).
  • Ensure accurate HR data management and compliance with policies and payroll requirements.
  • Handle HR queries from employees and managers.
  • Identify and implement improvements to HR processes and systems
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and support HR initiatives.
  • Work closely with HR teams, managers, and external partners to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain effective communication and resolve operational issues promptly.

 

More about you : 

 

  • Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or similar
  • 5+ years of HR administration experience in an international environment
  • Strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle and HR processes
  • Experience leading or supervising a team
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Leadership, communication, and team motivation abilities
  • Structured, service- and solution-oriented mindset
  • High reliability, discretion, and ability to work under pressure
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement
  • Proficiency in English and French is a must
  • Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel) and experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow)

Nice to have

  • Additional HR or leadership training
  • Experience in process improvement or HR projects
  • Familiarity with AI tools to enhance efficiency
