HR Services Trainee Internship (with German)

More about the role:
- Provide first-level support for employees and line managers in HR-related inquiries
- Answer internal inquiries efficiently and accurately
- Respond to inquiries and perform transactions using documented processes and policies through the Inquiry System
- Escalate issues to second-level support or triage inquiries to the appropriate queue
- Input basic employee data into the HR system database and document activities as requested and generate basic reports
- Review documents and reports related to employee records in HR processes to verify their accuracy
- Collaborate and assist in various HR processes and process optimizations
More about you:
- Student/Graduate from HR, Finance, Linguistics or equivalent
- Proficiency in English and German both written and spoken
- Previous customer-facing or administrative experience is an advantage
- Independent and self-reliant with good organizational skills
- Flexible and open to learning and adapting to new tasks and challenges
- Strong team player with a customer- and service-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office and a general affinity for IT systems
