HR Systems Senior Specialist

Purpose of the job: Supporting the further development and continuous improvement of the HR Information System, contributing to making the system more user-friendly, accessible and fit for the future



Your responsibilities:


  • Lead projects and implement solutions to continuously improve the global HR Information system (SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Explore and implement new functionalities in line with HR IS Strategy
  • Support verification of new Release Features and where applicable technical implementation
  • Responsibility for SAP SuccessFactors Risk Management
  • Implement business rules to improve user experience and to support data accuracy
  • Support the maintenance of the existing integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other IT systems (SAP Cloud Integration Platform & SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center)
  • Support and lead the implementation of new integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other IT systems
  • Collaborate with HR Managers and SAP Support Team to ensure 3rd level support for SAP SuccessFactors (all modules) and the SAP Cloud Integration Platform 



Your profile:


  • Master degree in Business Information or similar
  • 2-3 years of experience in the administration of SuccessFactors HRM suite (Compensation Module)
  • Experience with MS Office, HR Information systems, interested in IT in general
  • Experience with the administration of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation
  • Presenting up-to-date knowledge about HR information systems
  • With ability to work independently
  • Presents customer orientation, reliability and patience
  • Fast learner with creative mindset and can-do mentality
  • Fluent in English
