Junior Finance Assistant - 12-month traineeship

Are you looking to break into the finance and administrative field but don’t have prior experience? This is your chance! We’re offering a Junior Finance Position designed specifically for individuals eager to learn and grow in the industry. No previous experience is required — full training will be provided to help you build the skills and confidence needed for a successful career. 

 

Your profile:

  • Finance enthusiast who loves solving financial puzzles.
  • Eager to learn new tools and methods, translate data into actionable insights, and support business decisions through accurate analysis and clear communication.
  • Strong preference for a Spanish speaker, English is a must

 

Your responsibilites will include:

  • Supporting daily finance operations
  • Understand processes and procedures, compliance requirements
  • Inputting financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets
  • Ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records
  • Organizing and maintaining financial documents
  • Verifying and processing invoices
  • Resolving discrepancies in billing or payments
  • Monitoring and recording business expenses
  • Reconciling employees expense reports
  • Participation in preparation of forecasts and budgets as requested
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies
  • Assisting in internal and external audits
  • Collaborating with other departments to gather financial information
  • Identifying and resolving financial issues or discrepancies
  • Contributing to process improvements within the finance department
  • Assisting senior finance professionals in their day-to-day tasks
  • Contributing in new employees onboarding process
  • Participating in training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
