Master Data Specialist

A Product Master Data Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of an organization’s critical data across various systems and platforms. Here are some key responsibilities and duties typically associated with this role:

 

 

Your tasks:

 

 

  • Data Accuracy and Maintenance: Ensure the accuracy of master data across various systems, including product related, vendor data and others
  • Data Governance: Implement and manage data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and compliance with internal and external standards
  • Data Quality Checks: Perform regular data quality checks and audits to identify and correct discrepancies or inconsistencies in the product data
  • Data Entry and Updates: Facilitate the entry of new product data records, ensuring all necessary information is collected and accurately inputted into the system
  • Training: Develop and provide training to end-users on master data management processes and best practices
  • Maintaining and reviewing financial master data relating to product and vendor accounts
  • Prove the ability to communicate and effectively interact with people across cultures (both internally within led team and externally)
  • Identifying opportunities for improvements

 

 

Your profile:

 

 

  • Good knowledge of English, at least B2
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Proactive and innovative mindset
  • Ability to manage complexity, prioritize tasks effectively with an enthusiastic can-do attitude
  • Good knowledge of SAP and excel
