Microsoft Dynamics 365 Support Engineer

Purpose of the job is: 2nd line support functional Dynamics 365 POS, CE and or F&O and to Coordinate 3rd line support with third parties for D365

 

 

Tasks and responsibilities:

 

  • Investigate and solve escalated 2nd and 3rd line D365 support tickets
  • Coordinate 3rd line support of D365
  • Support with questions about D365
  • Support with new deployments D365 software
  • Setup and execute data imports and -conversions for acquisitions and inventory counts

 

 

Your Profile:

 

  • Bachelor degree in IT or acknowledged working level
  • +5 years in IT support D365
  • In-depth functional knowledge of applications
  • Functional application knowledge and SQL scripting; Certification of ITIL
  • Broad IT business process knowledge
  • D365 Foundations and DevOps certified are very nice to have
  • English – professional level
  • Pro-active, result-driven and very customer oriented with good communication skills
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • +3 year in functional application management – is very nice to have
  • Broad knowledge of divers applications – is nice to have
