Office Assistant
The Office Assistant performs a full range of secretarial duties and provides administrative support within well-defined guidelines and procedures.
More about the role:
- Provides secretarial/reception services and manages calendars.
- Assists in the setting up of meetings and conferences, travel bookings and requests.
- Receives, screens and directs incoming communications including calls, visitors, mails and emails.
- Processes general office administration activities (e.g. room planning, office materials).
- Keeps overview of planning for personnel and employee’s absences.
- Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by manager.
- Archive office documents
More about you:
- Bachelor’s degree in administration, finance or a related field
- Min 1 year of experience in similar position
- Great MS Office skills including PowerPoint and Excel (pivot and formulas)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in English and Polish
- Willing to work in the office 5 days a week
